Critmas: results!Critique is something we all desire- its why most people are on dA. We want feedback on our work- some of us just to validate ourselves, others for improvement tips and others who are aiming for move their work on and want genuine suggestions to assist with that.
That is quite a demanding request.
Fortunately, there are people out there who do take their time to look at work, take the time to review, respond and offer this critique. And writing a critique is time consuming, even more so when you’re writing several. Sometimes I think that people forget that, which is why Critmas has a message not just about giving critique out for prizes, but to thank those who do offer that free time to help others with their work. 
We can often be quite selfish, expecting critique from others but aren’t willing to give back. Even if you took the time to challenge yourself and write one a week, you will reap the benefits.
Anyhow enough of the lecture; let’s see the results!

So what does it take to become a Senior? That's a question many have asked and have never really been able to get a straight answer on. Julia Margaret Cameron was a British Photographer born in 1815 and living until 1879. She's relatively unheard of though, despite the faces that she photographed and the developments she made in her short career (spanning just eleven years.) Unlike many modern photographers and prodigy's, Julia is quite unique in that she didn't start photographing until she was 48 years old and was given a camera as a gift. Her style was not appreciated in her time, but like many who have made an impact on society, she became more famous and recognized long after her death.

Marbles have always been an obsession of sorts. When I was younger, I used to collect the bags of blue marbles (like this) and just roll them around everywhere. :giggle:

I know exactly what you mean. I had bags of marbles everywhere when I was younger. :D Sadly, we had to sell them all. They came around to 400-500 dollars in total. I only have two left now. An amber colored one with a large crack in the side, (My first, and favorite one) and a light blue one that my grandmother had given me. I really need to go out and buy some more. xD
