Have you tried Gimp? [link] it's free and many deviants use this program for photomanips
I have been thinking of switching from Photoshop Elements to Gimp. Photoshop Elements updates every year, but you have to pay for the updates each year
I don't generally have much access to PS, because it's on a computer my brother owns. (he's pretty stingy about letting anyone else go on it, too
So, I'll try out Gimp. I think I already have it installed on this computer, so I'll give it a go.
